The cuts are tailored individually to suit the customer’s wishes: in small chunks with bones or in small chunks without bones, vacuum packed with customer-specific labelling.

Always at the forefront of developments, Brüninghoff also offers self-service goods – in atmosphere packaging (protective atmosphere packaging) as well as vacuum skin packaging. On demand, the self-service goods are also available marinated.
